Shipping & Returns
Avalanche merchandise is shipped from San Bernardino, California. Once your order is placed, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped shortly after that. You will receive email updates with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping is based on the weight of the product and through the supplier, Shipmonk. Delivery is based on Shipmonks algorithm that suggests the best shipping method using their highly discounted rates.
International shipping will be calculated based on Shipmonks algorithm of best shipping method. Please note that we are not liable for orders after they leave the United States. The purchaser is responsible for any import fees or any items held in customs in the country of delivery. For more specific information please email us at email@example.com.

If you aren't excited with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or refund by 30 days from purchase as long as it’s still in "sellable condition." This means, the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging and with manufactures tags still attached.
Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn or items damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns are credited to the original payment method.
The Avalanche Merchandise Store is NOT responsible for any packages that are marked as "Delivered" by USPS, FedEx or UPS and are LOST or STOLEN.
